Should I bother visiting a dermatologist?

I’ve had acne for almost a decade
Since 12 and even up til now at 20

Permanent scars on both sides of my cheeks

I have already accepted that I’m ugly always and maybe I should just not do anything about my acne like visiting a dermatologist.

I’m a currycel framelet 6’ 165lbs not balding and wear glasses. Should I go for it and visit a dermatologist or just throw in the towel as it’s just a waste of $ and won’t get me anywhere anyways
