1. wear black, if you want your outfit to have colour, fine just only have a small bit of it.
2. this is not completely required but it helps, wear black eyeliner, mascara, black eyeliner and black nail polish.
this is not all that massively important, considering that makeup is expensive af and some people don't like make up.
3. do not wear band shirts of metal, rock or emo band shirts.
plain black shirts or shirts with an occult graphic design will do.
4. wear long black jackets.
5. get some jewelry like rings, piercings, bracelets or necklaces.
6. grow your hair out and dye it black, like with 2, this one is not completely required.
short hair or undyed hair will do fine.
