I vote yes. It's possible to compensate for being a manlet if you have decent hair and a good face, and it's also possible to compensate for being bald if you're muscular and tall with a good face, but for bald manlets it's fucking OGRE. Not even a legit 0/10 will ever want you. Bonus hell points if you're also an ethnic. Balding manlet ethnic is basically life on impossible mode.
