It depends on how short they are. If you are shorter guy but you are able to find women 4 to 5 inches shorter than you then you are probably a fakecel. At the end of the day your face is your credentials. Race and height are all dependent upon that individual girl. An Asian guy has zero chances with a white girl but has a 60 percent chance with an Asian girl if he is good looking. A 5’5 guy has zero chances with a 5’10 woman but has 60 percent chance with a 4’11 woman.
