Is there anyone here watching dead city? It is so fucking good. as good as the first 5 seasons of TWD, maybe even better, but there is one thing that is fucking horrible about it and it's the amount of sheboons in it. The big bad two villains, the evil leaders of the new babylon federation are nigresses, and there is one big ass obese short haired sheboon who keeps disrespecting based badass characters, like the Croat, she shoved him and called him a bitch, and nothing happened to her. It is awful. Am I the only one bothered by this?

I also just finished it recently. I never watched it fully through before because it got so bad after season 5. But these new shows are awesome, I'm glad I watched it through so I can enjoy the spin offs/sequels.

I tried watching The Walking Dead back in 2015 and didn't make it past season 1. I just wasn't enjoying it tbh.

I read that with later seasons it turned into a soap opera with zombies.

TWD is awful after season 5 and never really recovers. But the sequel shows (dead city, TOWL and daryl dixon) are awesome, it is totally worth it watching the whole main show just to be able to watch those spin offs.

One of the problems with TWD for me is that the zombies are these slow-ass shamblers, so past the beginning there isn't much fear regarding them unless they are in overhelming numbers.

Also, didn't the original show end up with both Rick and Carl dying, and only Shane's daughter by Lorie (Rick's wife and Carl's mother) surviving?
