I had a lot in HS

I remember the first time i had it. I was 14 and i was reading to the class when my voice began to tremble
Since then it only got worse. Each time i heard "presentation" my brain tortured me. It was a constant pain till the presentation time arrived. And on every time i had to public talk. Either presentations or just asking out loud a teacher my voice began to exaggeratedly tremble same as, probably, i got my face red colored. And who knows what my non verbal language spoke for me.
All this in the age when i had to lose my virginity...

Nowdays idk how my SA is. I think less SA but in general i avoid presentations or reading

I remember when I had to do a presentation about a "future job" or some bullshit when I was 13, I was begging the teacher not to make me speak infront of the entire class, but this old whore still told me to "try anyway"

I did try and I stuttered so much that I could barley even get a few words out, I was eventually told to sit down because I was unable to speak

i’m only socially anxious around foids. around men i can converse easily. but even if it’s an ugly foid i still feel self conscious
