People act like sexual assault is the absolute worst thing that can happen, which is not even remotely true.

People will see a pretty girl, with a loving boyfriend, loving family, nice salary.... BUT, she got raped once 5 years ago. Suddenly this girl gets way more empathy than some guy who is in his late 20s and never felt any sort of love, who most certanly has a much harder life.
