A really good sexbot would wipe out humanity completely or solve all of our problems (same thing really). It would have to be advanced with a lot of technological ingenuity.
There isn't enough demand for it. It's too advanced and expensive to be mass produced, so the makers would be relying on limited purchases of men who have the money. Those types can afford high end escorts.

It's just a question of how long it will be until such technology exists and is available to the masses. Could be here by as soon as 2035 or it could be as far off as 2100 or later.
