It isn´t like eating healthy where we can just buy healthy food at the grocery store or going to the gym to get a healthy body. I bet sex also plays a big part in why women in general outlives men because they literally can have sex on speed dial and get their medicine (sex) whenever they want.

If you´re born a female life is easier and you will get a healthier longer life JBF (Just be female)

The reason females live longer is due to them not having to produce sperm. Sperm production takes up a lot of energy and is being created every single second until you die. It costs you nutrients, energy, proteins etc. Just go on nofap theory.
