Nevermind. Basically, every last word in the bible about sexual prohibition is supposed to be read in the context of the 10th commandment. The 10th commandment includes women in its listed proprieties that ought not be coveted and in a society that is defect equilibrium you have to do the very opposite of the moral tambala since the state stripped men of the house and thus liberated women so in order to secure property ordained to us by the creator, we have to pillage and plow.

The other way around, the Constitution was actually mostly followed until the Supreme Court got fucked by Roosevelt in the 1930s. The problem is Roosevelt won a supermajority in 1936 and was able to override the Supreme Court with his unconstitutional programs.

Social Security, farm subsidies, minimum wage, labor laws, child labor laws, welfare programs, regulations, etc... all were struck down during the Lochner era. It wasn't until FDR got a supermajority and could override the SCOTUS that we got this massive federal government.
Not even remotely relevant. Though, I will add, the supreme court has always practiced judicial activism, obviously conservative judicial activism (Lochner era) is better than say the Warren era. FDR just abused the Commerce Clause, I'd actually say the Supreme Court was more legislative under FDR than the Lochner era despite being a left leaning court at the time.
