Psychology is not a science. Trust it as much as you'd trust astrology.
Constructivist approach: "It's all in your head, change your unhealthy thoughts for healthy, positive ones and keep up obedience to such moral prescriptions. Oppress yourself and don't bother the rest with your immature, selfish delusions of reality, 'cause the world can objectively and subjectively be as good as you want it. You decide when, it's all up to your choice and control".
Conductist approach: "You're flawed but in personality disorder terms. We need to correct your deficient, stoically immoral thought patterns into appropiate, functional ones so you stop being a social burden to the rest of society. We manage this under proper deposit of adequate, inherently superior behavior modelling plus appropiate bluepilled psychiatric prescriptions that'll fix up your chemically dysfunctional brain into a superior, productive one."

That's too truthful for me to put into my video for normies. Psychiatry acts as a "garbage" disposal for undesirables, and maybe if you are lucky you end up as recycling in the form of a brain dead sex-less prozac ridden husk of a body. And if voluntary euthanasia were incorporated into the psychiatric sphere, it'd be self-"garbage"-disposal.

I was forced to see a therapist by my university in 2011, the guy was a chad who basically bullied me and laughed at me, I swore to never see a therapist ever again. I hate the entire fucking profession and all the pieces of trash involved with it.
