I'm sure you could assign some type of value to the variables in this formula but in general it is inclusive of bone structure, facial symmetry, body morphology, personality, intelligence and yes, height. I think you're placing too much of a premium on being tall and neglecting the other considerations which are subconsciously apprehended by the female mind.
