To be fair, ISIS traces its origins to Incel groups. Yes they do. In germany, the feds for example are creating annual public reports and they mention altchans and such websites regularly.
Then anons post these reports to the altchans and shitpost and make memes about it.
Probably a lot of non-public reports and dossiers about "dangerous" websites too.
I.e websites they can't easily forbid in a lawful way but who are known of having high concentrations of "off-the-norm" users.
Probably just very light infiltration here but it's foolish to think they don't know about this site.
