it was on accident i think. i bought led lights around my room and have them red cause i heard that red lights help you sleep better, had some sleeping blindfold on and earplugs. somehow i was imagining some stupid crazy shit and i woke up panicking for some reason, idk if i woke up with a clogged ear or sum
