Basically anything sex/porn or gambling related is against PayPal rules and just like every company the language in their ToS is vary vague so it means they can just shut down any account because they feel like it.

So if you want to be a thot auditor, it's more simple/convinient to just send an email(with evidence) to PayPal and don't bother with IRS and it can also work for THOTS who live outside the USA, some one here should make a email template and gude for it.

On a side note sex(related stuff) and gambling is banned on most payment processing platforms due to it being considered "high risk" (chargebacks and fraud) by banks and also would put company in higher tax bracket in many places.
There's vary few companies that deal with "high risk merchant payment processing"
Usually there's upfront fee of about ~500$ (that's usually registration fee on Visa) and they take quite some percentage of every transaction.
There's also video selling/live cam services like manyvids, chaturbate etc that are simple to use, but they take around 40% fee, and that's a lot.

My point is legit people in adult industry(both indie and corporate) have to jump trough a lot of hoops to sell their stuff and these thots just walk in like entitled bitches and ignore the rules, it's just not fair .
So basically we all have moral obligation to report thots.
