I don't want to stay rotting in my room on my computer all day. To be a skinny fat loser coomer is not the pinnacle I want to be in.

I tried self improvement in Winter 2020 and Summer 2021. But it was difficult to follow through while having no money and no friends. I have money now so there is collateral for pushing myself.

Step one: Accept total defeat

I won't ever get laid, no girl seems interested in me at face value, no one even wants to be my friend. I've gone past the hatred for people. I don't even care for it anymore. I need to stop giving a shit about others and not have to prove my worth to anyone or to this world. It is for myself only and that should be enough.

I will dedicate my life to Computer Science. I'll post pictures of any updates I make and any changes that happen whether successful or unsuccessful. I don't mean to brag in anything, I'll refrain from this.


My Current Stats
Age: 19
Race: Brown
Weight: 53kg
Height: 5'7
Body: Ectomorph, Skinny fat, Slim frame, 5.7 inch wrists. 4.3 inch dick (over)
Face: Long beaked hooked nose that droops at the top, sticky out ears. 2.5/10 looks
-2/10 social skills

CompSci and Uni stuff
-Focus on React.js and become proficient in web development
-Learn machine learning stuff
[UWSL] -Get a First in my degree[/UWSL]
-Get a Masters degree at a good university.
-Leave all my university circles in person and online on discord/whatsapp
Timewasting trying to make friends. (They ignore me and don't get along)

-Moneymaxxing - (good copes need money)
-Become more involved within highly focused and intensified crypto investing and research communities on discord and twitter.
-Grow my status on crypto twitter and YouTube.
-Stick with people who are dedicated and strong minded. Ignore time wasters, malicious degenerates and move on from those who don't like me.
-Build my own web3 DApp and raise an IDO.
-Get a credit card and improve credit score.
-Save my money, don't waste on normie shit.
-Always stay open minded. Look for spaces to be an early adopter in and become a significant figure. Dev skills can come handy for this.
TARGET: 7 FIGURES BY AGE 23

-Mental health
-Walk in public without my mask consistently.
-Join a gym and a hire a personal instructor.
-Become mentally stable enough to not need anti-depressants.
-Strengthen tenacity against despair.

-Miscellaneous
-Reduce time spent on incel.is and move away from manosphere communities.
-Learn to cook nice meals.
-Learn to ride a bike.
-Clean my room.
-Find hikes and pretty places to visit instead of park walks.
-Go to a concert.
-Start nofap. Currently on 6 days.
-
Uninstall shitty video games. Timewasting.
-Plastic surgery to fix my nose and ears.

Let's see how all this goes. It's worth at least a try with momentum.

Tomorrow if I don't finish my assignment, sign up for the gym and clean my room, I will kill myself. I will go to bed now and set an alarm to wake up at 8am.

@Zer0/∞ I recommend studying CompSci and getting into crypto and investing. This field provides a good underlying foundation to moneymaxx.

I dont know man dont overwhelm yourself too much, in my opinion if you get your degree despite of being an incel it is already a big achievement, especially nowadays where everybody flaunts his sex life in your face.

I know if you are young you really want to overcompensate and catch up but you will fail, and you will slowly learn that your goals were too lofty and your aspirations too high and unrealistic

I wanted to go to harvard and get the best grades and scholarships but it all amounted to shit

But it is good that you start blackpilled and know that you cannot really do anything against your loneliness and sadness except maybe sharing your experiences here and also learning how others deal with it from here

But on the other hand you seem much better developed than me, if I read correctly you already started your Bachelors degree, maybe even finished it already (mogs me) and you know a lot of stuff already, so maybe your goals are not that unrealistic

I also like how you focus on health, you dont need big muscles imo, just dont be overweight and stay healthy

The one thing that I always wanted to realize but was yet not able to do is to learn to really isolate myself

Basically staying in a room without internet access for an extended period of time and living a healthy life without any distractions so one is basically forced to be productive

I know you have to work with the computer if you are studying CS, but you dont really always need the internet:

Self Improvement is a hard long process. You can't do everything planned in one day. I slowly built habits up. Firstly the sleep/wake up times have to be controlled. Then eating times. Then add in other habits. Treat discipline like a Minecraft Pyramid, you have to build a foundation before the main structure and decorations.

If you have the time read the book atomic habits. His advice is the best for long term productive habits without burn out risk.

yes this would work well too. Slowly amp up the isolation. I would say though to leave an hour or two of copes a day in, inside your schedule. To reduce burnout risk. At one point I was doing 10-12 hour grinds and I noticed the last 3-4 hours of the grinds, would be very tiring and taxing. And I eventually got burnt out for a few months. So now I stick to 6-8 hours.

Good luck dude, i'm also trying my best to improve. A couple of things to add tho:

- Don't put yourself under ridiculous stress by having a bar too high(7 figures at age 23 seems a bit too much)

- Playing video-games is not wasting time, remember that you will die. So try to balance the Work/Entertainment aspect of your life, if you enjoy games you should not stop playing them just cause you got in your head the grindset mentality. It will just make you miserable.

- You can do NoFap, i hope it works for you. I don't really recomend it to incels as you don't get sex, so why take away the only way to satiate your urges.

I underestimated the mental tax of not socialising. It's not comforting. Spent the entirety of yesterday grinding with this website and already burntout for today.

Im down 75% on my crypto and its too much to recover. Still up alot since initials but gave away a door to generational wealth.

sure thing man. i've been using them to cope for years, otherwise i woulda roped already. do you live in or near a college town? if not, you say you're studying computer science, so the dark web shouldn't be a problem. i'm going to assume you're in the USA - don't fall for the pills/pressies meme. so instead of getting adderall, get plain old speed in powder form. it's cheaper and literally the same thing. here in Europe, it's 7 bucks per gram. with no tolerance, that should last you a day or two. when you're high, study. make sure to take breaks every few days so you don't get a psychotic episode.
