I didn't really have much to do this weekend so decided to check out the Carl Bennington case, a Californiacel who is facing up to five years in prison for cyberstalking. I've attached the full PDF below, along with a few excerpts.

This ranks among one of the most entertaining complaints I've read. It's actually pretty well-written, even though the FBI agent in question confused the "redpill" with the "blackpill". The U.S. Attorney's office was even kind enough to provide several illustrations.

And by the way, why the fuck do low-inhibcels do shit like this? I mean, how stupid does a 33-year-old have to be to think he was going to ascend by DMing random people his fantasies on social media? Seriously, guys, I just don't get it. Can you imagine having the details of your sexual fantasies read out loud in court? Poor fucker should've just booked a trip to Amsterdam or Bangkok.

It seems to you commit violent crimes but keep your mouth shut, it's a billion times harder to prosecute than guys who commit pussy crimes like "cyber stalking" but leave endless proof of guilt like typing out shit in computers.

Since the federal courts consider "the internet" to be "interstate activity", cyberstalking is a federal matter, and the feds have way more money than the states. They'll overcharge you so you'll plead out and if you don't, they'll try you again and again until you tap out.
