Second night in a row I have nightmares

First night I dreamed the devil was in my room and I felt fear vibrating through my whole body which woke me up. Second night I had some kind of schizophrenic dream with Yung Lean which also woke me up. I hope this is not becoming an every night thing for me.

Nah that's gonna prevent me from falling asleep. Maybe a small nightlight

As a child I’d have some 5ish recurring nightmares, now I rarely dream and when I do it’s lucid, there are some ways to make yourself more likely to lucid dream, maybe those could help?
