I like you guys, but I know some SEA people hate our guts (Chinese) and as history has it, we have been slaughtered in pogroms before.

So what is going on? Are Chinese being blamed again?

the majority aren't blaming chinese. And afaik the recent rumors of growing anti chinese sentiment are hoaxes (so ive heard)

the protests are against the DPR (the parliment) and POLRI (the police force)

It would be dumb anyway to see the police brutally run over a guy then blame the chinese for no reason
