Yeah the pain is very severe and makes me look shorter

I don't know tbh, maybe stretching back exercises. I twisted my right wrist and i feel sharp pain in it for months. I can't weightlift anymore.

I have inflammation on foot because of obesity. I don't know if that is similar to arthritis. It makes walking unbearable.
