How does one break the cycle of brain pauses and being slow in da mind when it comes to talking?
That unleashes the inner full autist upon the world.alcohol
damn it caveman maxxingI notice I become less and less verbal every year, I talk like an aboo in grunts of confirmation such as mmhm head nod and shoulder shrugs etc anyone else barely say words anymore or am I regressing mentally due to no social connections?
Do you ever stutter or have trouble making sounds or have a really nasally voice? I've got all of those also.Yeah but this is more of an inherent trait of mine more than social isolation
I think the brain isn't as sharp when it's not in constant social groups IRL, it wastes away and we lose the fine motorskills to speak and be sharp.I notice I become less and less verbal every year, I talk like an aboo in grunts of confirmation such as mmhm head nod and shoulder shrugs etc anyone else barely say words anymore or am I regressing mentally due to no social connections?
Got all those it's so fucking brutal manDo you ever stutter or have trouble making sounds or have a really nasally voice? I've got all of those also.
Maybe scream into a pillow for 3 minutes. After that speak a little and the voice will drop. My voice is subhuman, after I do that less so.Got all those it's so fucking brutal man
Like a workout for our voice and vocal cords? We're just regressing back to the stone age (jk) make sure to speak more every day even if to yourself out loud it'll make you think more sharply in due time.
I've had that too at times when I've been awake for too long, it's like I become really alert and can move my mouth easier. The less I sleep, the faster my head works on a verbal level.
Do you have the Chris Chan autist voice like I do also?Got all those it's so fucking brutal man
That too there are YouTube videos you can use to follow (exercises) but I meant it in a way to move away from using filler words speak concisely in short sentences at first then move onto doing it for minutes on end.Like a workout for our voice and vocal cords?
Thankfully notDo you have the Chris Chan autist voice like I do also?
