My experience is radically different.
At school and in the workplace I've had foids consistently try to sabotage me, often with criminal or unethical behavior. All through my life. Last month HR foids embezzled a certain amount of money from my salary just because, and when I went to complain they all shrugged and pretended I wasn't making sense with my demands, which are explicitly clear.

There's literally millions of hours of video of walking tours on YouTube. It's very easy to see what women look at and what expressions they have on their faces. Women don't scowl at randoms in public.
