Serious Saw a white spirit right beside my bed today. What does it mean?

So, i've just woken up. Saw a white spirit, he lit a cigarette using my left hand (he didnt lift my hand or anything just bumped into it, using a match) lit his cig and then vanished.

He wore a white shirt and some black glasses. He looked like jeff goldbblum.

Can somebody explain this shit to me?
