This is a story from when I was 11 or 12.
My thumb ended in a bread-cutting machine and had to be sitched together over a weekend.
(Incel trait: your thumb gets into a bread-cutting machine)
A few weeks earlier a classmate had injured his finger during sport (not school sport) and I had witnessed how he got attention over this fact, including girls
So when it was monday and time to get to school I expected to get asked what happened.
But nothing happened. In the end, maybe one or two people got to know eventually, I don't know.
But I remember how disappointed I was.
In retrospective, it's not surprising. He was a chadlet, self-confident, athletic, etc. I wasn't.
Let this be a warning to those who seriously consider joining the military.
Girls won't be impressed. Girls won't pity or admire you if you get injured.
They wil I G N O R E you.
You are nothing to them.
