Russians are already surrendering en masse. They lack warm clothes, water and food. Theyre freezing and its not even winter yet. Russians are losing so bad that theyre begging belarus to join the war, sending all the prisoners they had to frontlines, and take people from the streets and send them too.

Its ridiculous but russia's loses are humongous. If not the fact that they fucked up ukrainian infrastructure, russian loses would be bigger than ukraine's.

Anyway, the only goals russia achieved are messing up ukraine's infrastructure, occupying some regions temporarily, and forcibly deporting ukrainians from their own country. I dont even know if these were their original goals, probably not. This is what they came up with after they realized theyre not going to win.

So yeah russians are getting hard fucked in winter. There are winter sets of clothes being delivered to ukrainians, but seeing how theres more russians than ukrainians, and theres less countries helping russia than countries helping ukraine, and seeing how terrible russians equipment etc were, i doubt russians will get any kind of winter clothes.

As incompetent and demoralized as Russians are I still think they are going to reverse this situation. Remember how badly the Soviets got obliterated in the opening of Barbarossa, yet still managed to push the Germans back when winter came. Of course this is modern Russia not 1940s USSR, much is different, but the inherent advantages of resources and manpower remain. We'll find out this winter, depending on whether the European nations supplying Ukraine will cave without access to Russian energy.
