Modern leftists and feminists have a bourgeois normative approach to understanding the theory of law. They have a superficial and mechanistic understanding of the availability of rights. The presence of a particular right in the law is not yet a guarantee that a person will have a real opportunity to exercise this right. The Marxist concept of law is based on the real concept of law, rights must be guaranteed, not declared.
