It's not a miracle cure and it's putting a bandaid over the real problem of being an ugly lonely virgin loser, but I would recommend some cels to try it. Combined with l theanine + St John's wort + weightlifting, after doing it every day, it gave me an overall slight mood boost. So instead of being suicidal 24/7 it's usually only for a few hours of the day instead. I think it does work to an extent. of course becoming a successful non ugly non virgin is the best therapy, but I'm being realistic here. Doing it at least 30 minutes every day, is actually quite a good cope at least for me

Cardio is kinda boring for me. I limit it to 45 min 3 days a week.

I get more out of lifting than cardio tbh.

Then again, i am genetically modified, so.

It's not boring for me because I have always had horrible cardio so any slight improvement is a major push and also major lifefuel. Weight lifting is way more boring overall because it's so much easier

I have begun to run as well. I donát have much a drive for self improvement, but I can say that this has been enjoyable.

Agreed weightlifting is way more boring. Jogging outside in the sun on a nice day is so much better than standing stationary lifting weights over and over. That being said there are obvious benefits to weightlifting but it takes more time and commitment than putting on a pair of shoes and jogging out the door. I went for a jog today and it made me feel like things "aren't so bad". Of course it was only temporary but while I was jogging and a couple hours after I felt better. I'd recommend it.

Lmfao. I don't even know how to respond to this
Because it's true. You do a few difficult reps over a course of a few seconds and you're done. Running is much more difficult because you do it for a longer period of time and it gets harder the further you go.

It's not for self improvement.

You cannot possibly compare weight lifting to running.

All you need to do to run longer is to be under 15% bodyfat and train for a few months, weeks at best. Boom done. Endurance can be built in like a month or two max.

Weight lifting is slow progression over years. Its a constant fight to push that number up by five or 10 pounds. Saying its "easy" Means you either haven't bothered pushing yourself, or are lifting nothing heavy at all.

Use it as an opportunity to scare the shit out of femorrhoids and run after them.

Useless for truecel, still gonna be truecel and depressed. Self improvement is a useless cope.

It's easy because you are done in literally a few seconds. It's intense difficulty that lasts like five seconds. And gaining five pounds only boils down to doing it every time and also eating a bit more, unless you plateau.

it hurts my knees and makes me want to vomit
so i dont do it

Cardio literally burns muscle, it just changes the shape of your leg muscles to be adapted for walking/running better, but if you will try other things like cycling then you will be really bad at it
also if you push yourself hard every time in the GYM then you will feel much better, however its same with pushing yourself in cardio

Like I said for a few seconds.

Fatcel cope tbh, Cardio burns muscle if you overdo it or if you do not eat enough to compensate.

Like I said for a few seconds.
A few seconds over the span of an hour or an hour and a half.

Whats easier?

Running for 45 minutes (Anyone can do in a month)

500 deadlift natrual (20% of people can do in a few years)

Cope.
I run 5km every two days, lift weights and such, and I still like a shitty subhuman with no will to live. I actually do this to remind myself and my normie peers that I do try at life and that I did attempt to reach peak physique and performance, but actually didn't really achieve anything significant.

I ultimately want to die a maxxed gymcel so I can prove a point.

That sucks, but everyone copes different

I have been getting in to the habit of running a mile or so daily though the air quality in my area has been terrible lately due to fires so haven't been doing it as often. I am pretty skinny already so I don't focus on cardio that much, still helps for maintaining a lean physique and stuff though

Swimming is quite therapeutic for me too. I recommend it

I dont like running but I do like walking, especially if its inclined in mountain areas.

As far as cardio goes I prefer cycling or swimming. They are more "fun" and less boring to me than running.

Running can make you feel like shit physically. Chest pains, feeling of vomit, drenched in sweat, spitting and snorting, going through muscle pain and exhaustion for most of the run. The only reason it doesn't get boring as fuck is cuz the constant pain is distracting.

But I agree, it can be psychologically therapeutic and even addictive.

I enjoyed running so much, I really did put effort in hopes of ascension, but my face is even worse looking now

Running can be bad for you. It can cause cardiovascular disease and stress. I would never run, i just walk and eat healthy.
