I on average run/jog a total of 10km.

I was only able to do 7.5km today due to tremendous heat.
The only good thing about this is my body will adapt to heat very very well.

Also my body will sweat a lot but my salt loss won't be brutal as before.

How many of you jog here?

Depends on the climate tbh.
In high temperature you have to manage your speed and stamina

In cold temperatures it's a bit More forgiving

10km in cold - 45 mins
10km in heat - 1hr to 1hr 15 mins.

Last time I ran I got so horny watching porn felt like when I discovered it. I can't live in that state of an intact body and health. I can't handle the libido and the hunger, the anger. I don't do any kind of cardio I would rather live in this castrated low vibrational state of being.
