Serious Running down syndrome / mental retardation game?

I was at the mall today and saw this guy with down syndrome (he was also a manlet). People let him cut in front of them and girls were smiling at him. I bet if he approached women and asked to touch their boobs or kiss them they'd let him out of pity.

Have any of you tried to run down syndrome / mental retardation game before? I'm considering trying it. Maybe going out in public with a helmet on and trying to make myself look retarded to get some pity action from foids.
