Honestly, the only reason I put the Netherlands on my initial list is because of its famous (or shall I say, infamous) reputation for sex tourism. I've had a few online interactions with Dutch women in the past, and to put it mildly, I wasn't exactly blown away by their attitudes. If I were to visit Europe again, Ukraine would be my top choice. Russia would be right up there as well if their visa requirements weren't so laborious for Americans.
