I was the Supreme Marshal of a Roblox group called Imperial Roblox Federation (IRF) before the leader declared me a traitor, exiled and excommunicated me, manipulated by his friends to take my position, of course.

I was a chill Supreme Marshal (SoldierShard back in the day) who didn't cared much for the Grammar Nazism (oh boy), and you were essentially above the NKVD being a SM, my focus was RCL gunfighting and hanging out with soldiers.

Anyway, one of the saddest elements about Soviet Roblox clans is that they don't just inherit the aesthetics of Soviet Union, but also the vibes, and not in a good way.

We had an Intel group called NKVD, that would look for chat logs of people.

Truly authentic, Stalin-era Soviet experience.

Here is the 2017 document, and it's sad.

I miss Roblox.

"Section I: Stage I (Day 2 of recruitment) - Discipline, maturity, skills and grammar test

In the first stage of the Boot Camp Progress the recruits will have to take a test where their traits are tested. The Deputy Director or Director will check these tests and send the results to the Commissar or National Intelligence Commissar.

Test: (link here)

Section II: Stage II (Day 4 of recruitment) - Fake investigation

In the second stage of the Boot Camp Progress the recruits will have to do a fake investigation that the Commissar and National Intelligence Commissar have set up. NKVD HiCom will set up fake Discord accounts, fake ROBLOX accounts, fake DMs and more. More will be explained in the Stage II document.

Stage II document:

Section III: Stage III (Day 5 of recruitment) - Background check & Interview

In the last stage of the Boot Camp Progress a detailed background check will be ran by:

1. Checking when their ROBLOX account was created.

2. Checking if they have said anything controversial in any IRF chats.

3. Checking everything on their profile. (Friends, followers, inventory, favorite games ETC.)

4. Interviewing them, preferably through voice call, if not possible do this through discord DMs. Ask them the following questions.

How long have you been in the IRF for?

Do you have any past experience on intelligence?

Have you ever been exiled, demoted or rank-locked before, if yes, why?

Have you ever had any associations with EZIC or other enemy groups?

Have you ever gotten in trouble in the IRF before? (If they were ever warned, had a conflict or a discussion with anyone)

What are you looking forward to the most when joining the NKVD?

Why would you be a good asset for the NKVD?

While you are asking all these questions you’re expected to note them down and send the results to the Commissar who will then decide if this person should become an Agent or not.

SECTION I: TASKS

There are several tasks in the NKVD. Every NKVD agent will be assigned with 1-2 tasks while officers will be assigned with 2-3 tasks. ONLY NKVD High Command are allowed to know the task of others, the only non High Command person who is allowed to know the tasks of other is the one that is assigned with the task to watch over other agents in their tasks. Leaking your own task as an agent/officer or leaking others task to a non High Command as High Command will get you exiled from the NKVD. There will be a different quota for every task, this quota has to be met weekly and if it isn’t met two weeks (doesn’t have to be in a row) without a good excuse or inactivity notice the person will be kicked from the NKVD. If a person is assigned to task number one it doesn’t mean they can’t do other tasks. Someone is allowed to do every task (except for the watch over agents task) but this won’t fill their quota. Someone will be assigned with one or more tasks so we are certain there are people working on the things we need worked on. They can do other tasks inside the NKVD if they want (they won’t even be knowing they are doing other tasks because people aren’t allowed to even know what the tasks are except for their own tasks) but they will have to make sure the quota of their assigned task is met. They are allowed to go over their quota if they wish. Deputy Director and above is allowed to hand out tasks, tasks have to be noted down in the sheet that we have for tasks and assignments.

SECTION II: DISCORD ASSIGNMENTS

Every Junior Agent and above will be assigned to one IRF official discord.

Every Junior Consultant and above will be assigned to two IRF official discords.

Every NKVD High Command will be in every IRF official discords.

If an Agent is assigned to a discord they are expected to regularly check the discord and gather any information if needed.

Deputy Director and above is allowed to hand out Discord Assignments. Discords Assignments have to be noted down in the sheet that we have for tasks and assignments.

SECTION III: Task List

NOTE: Reports have to be sent to the person that assigned them in their task. If the HiCom sees anything wrong in these reports they will report to the Commissar and National Intelligence Commissar. Only task III will report to both the National Intelligence Commissar and Commissar.

I: Watch over Military and Admissions trainings and events.

Write a report about the event after you’ve fully spectated it. Report format should be given to the one that assigned the agent. The quota for this task is to spectate at least 4 events per week.

III: Watch over agents and consultants in their tasks and general tasks.

This task will be given to the most trusted agent or officer, meaning that only one person will hold this task in utmost secrecy. This is the only non HiCom member that is allowed to know the tasks of others, and if they leak this valuable information they will be punished severely. This person will have to watch over agents and officers in their assignments. If anything goes wrong or if they act like they shouldn’t be acting while doings tasks, general tasks ETC. they will report

this to a HiCom member. Quota is being active as hell. (Only National Commissar can give this)

IV: Daily check of the command log at Papers Simulator.

This task will include a quick, daily scan of the entire visible admin commands log on Papers Simulator to see if the logs are clean and if anyone has abused or not. A small report will have to be sent to the person who assigned the agent with this task every day the log has been checked. The quota for this task is 5 days where the log was checked.

REPORT FORMAT:

Name:

Cleanliness: (A scale from how clean the logs were 1/10)

Any abusers: (Name any abusers here, say N/A if none. Report the abusers in the aa-reports chat)

V: Watch over Military and Admissions officers in their job.

In this task the agent is responsible of watching over military and admission officers in their job. This agent should have basic knowledge of the job of these officers, so is required to study the job of an admission and military officer by reading the guidelines and more. If they see an officer doing their job incorrectly, they will report this to the person who assigned them and the person who assigned them will report it to either a military Marshal or an admissions Chief. Because there is no real possible quota for this task, this agent doesn’t have a real quota but is expected to fulfill his task and report officers who do a bad job.

REPORT FORMAT:

Name:

Admission or Military:

Username of reported officer:

What did the reported officer do wrong:

Evidence:

VI: Weekly HiCom corruption checks.

This is the task with the most work, so someone will have this task and this task only or a very small other task. This task will be handed out by the National Intelligence Commissar himself only. The person with this task has to keep a close eye on every HC (KGB, NKVD HiCom and Presidium excluded.), write maybe a small document where they keep track of things if that helps them and send the National Intelligence Commissar a report of EVERY HC at the end of the week. They will have to keep a close eye on all the HC, keep a close eye on every chat, on their actions ETC. The quota for this task is a report of every HC at the end of the week.

REPORT FORMAT: (Left is first section right is second section, couldn’t fit on page)

Username: Suspicious activities: (Note down all suspicious activities)

Username of HC: Evidence of activities:

HC position in the IRF: Addendum: (Side notes if needed)

Any suspicious activities: (Yes/no)

SECTION IV: IRF Discord List

This is a list of all the IRF official discords that agents and consultants can get assigned to.

Armed Forces Discord:

Federal Admissions Discord:

Ministry of Labour and Social Events Discord:

Iskra Discord:

The NKVD has tasks, which are a secret to everyone except the HiCom members of the NKVD. But, the NKVD also has something we call General Tasks. General Tasks is the job of every NKVD member and include the most important things the NKVD does. The NKVD sometimes also does smaller things that are not included in this list.

Spectate events such as trainings and meetings.

Go to Papers Simulator, Minsk and Altan to check the logs for abuse of admin.

Investigate suspicious activities and suspicious people.

Eradicate corruption and treason.

Watch IRF official discords for suspicious activities.

Report admin abuse, treason, corruption, bullying and other things that are worth reporting.

Go to Papers Simulator to check for any abusers of power, corruption at the border ETC.

Regularly check if some people are in EZIC and the IRF at the same time.

Watch the main IRF discord closely for signs of bullying, racism, sexism, corruption ETC. An NKVD Junior Agent+ is allowed to investigate anyone but need permission from a Senior Consultant or above to do so.

Participate in the monthly fake investigations designed by the HC to train our agents.

Section I: Officer Ranking System

Junior Consultant

First officer rank in the NKVD. The main job of a Junior Consultant is to lead investigations. Junior Consultant’s also have to watch over the NKVD agents and report any felonies they see to the NKVD HC.

Junior Consultants get assigned with 2-3 tasks and get assigned to two IRF official Discords. Junior Consultants are allowed to give out recommendations to non NKVD or KGB and then that person is able to do an application to get into the NKVD.

Senior Consultant

Second officer rank in the NKVD. Senior Consultants are still allowed to lead investigations but their main job now is to be an “overseer” in investigations to see if the Junior Consultant is leading the investigation correctly and if the investigation is running smoothly or not. A Senior Consultant may interfere with investigations if they think it is needed.

Agent Advisor

Third officer rank in the NKVD. Agent Advisors are allowed to lead investigations but will only lead investigations if no Junior or Senior Consultant is available. There will only be one Agent Advisor in the NKVD. The main job of an Agent Advisor is to watch over the NKVD officers and low ranks. If any rank below Agent Advisor has questions about how they should do things in the NKVD, they should come to the Agent Advisor for advice. The Agent Advisor needs to be strict but also needs to have people skills. The Agent Advisor is required to be active and always there when help is required.

Section II: NKVD Recommendations

Junior Consultants and above may hand out NKVD recommendations to non NKVD people. Recommendations should be given out to people that seem mature, are capable of basic grammar, are disciplined ETC. Before giving out recommendations, you should observe them, :watch them in-game, look at their discord messages ETC and then decide if you should give them a recommendation or not. You should give out a recommendation to someone by saying “I recommend you for becoming an NKVD Agent” or something simple like that. Tell them to make a screenshot and ask the NKVD Commissar to get the NKVD application form with proof of their recommendation. Make sure the person you’re recommending won’t be a waste of our time though, they need to have several traits that the NKVD Agent needs.

Yes, the NKVD will use applications but these applications can only be taken if someone gets a recommendation. Someone can’t wildly take applications without having a recommendation from a Senior Consultant or above.

Section III: Officer Discipline

As an NKVD Agent you’re expected to be mature, follow orders closely, speak with proper english grammar ETC. As an officer these rules get more severe, you represent the NKVD so you are expected to act mature, speak with grammar and be disciplined at all times. Disrespect to anyone else inside and outside of the IRF will not be tolerated.

Be happy that you have the chance to be an NKVD officer, don’t ruin this chance we gave you.

Section (I) - General Information

Section (II) - Supremacy Information

Section (I) - General Information

The Commissariat handles the safeguarding of the Leftist beliefs of the Bolshevik Party of the Federation. The Commissariat also handles the enforcement of legislation that the Party will pass, and they will enforce it for the party and the military.

Section (II) - Supremacy Information

The Ministry of the Commissariat must enforce motherlands beliefs and rules and hold themselves to the highest regard.

All criticism by other members or higher ranks about the NKVD itself should be met with NKVD attacking that person, yes this breaks the arguing rule, but we are the NKVD, and to insult the heart of the motherland, is to spit in the Premier face. Basically treason.

The Commissariat will be given power in the party. And will be able to demote members in the main group under the intelligence role. This is to be used if people are breaking the rules, fail to be mature, or speak against the Premier or the Motherlands teachings.

Commissariat Supremacy means that it is above most comrades. The members inside the commissariat will be the purest and most trustworthy of the motherland.

Agents of the Commissariat have a lot of power in the federation. Abusing these powers will result in severe punishments.

Upholding Motherland Values

The Commissariat is responsible for watching Commissars and making sure they uphold the values the NKVD teaches.

Agents of the NKVD have the right to command military Senior Sergeants and below along with all party members below commissars. The NKVD must assert itself as the Premiers hands. People’s Commissariat for Internal Intelligence [NKVD] is the single most important ministry in the motherland.

The Commissariat is responsible for the procurement of all political beliefs to all members of the motherland. Far right wing, fascist and national socialist beliefs cannot materialize in our motherland and must be crushed.

The Commissariat must have basic fighting skills and commanding skills. They are allowed to participate in any combat event if they wish to do so.

The Commissariat is responsible for monitoring all elections held by the Bolshevik Party and can disavow someone from an election if they are considered a threat to the party or not fit for duty."

I remember those days man I was 9 and I had so much fun on ROBLOX just larping dumb shits like this

I had a small game business in ROBLOX that made me like 200k robux on there and I genuinely spent it all on some dumb gamepasses and limited items LOL. I wish I was interested in ROBLOX lua coding but I was too low IQ as a kid and couldn't learn shit so I gave up. We all had our own ROBLOX games with free models back then man

BUT HONEST fuckingLY, 2017-2018 was so ethereal bro. I'd daydream about them all of the time, Pre-COVID and during COVID were heavenly NEET days as a kid that just stays inside and play video games all day

Also I didn't understand why ROBLOX particularly in 2017 had so many military and gated communities larp games like these. A kid like me who grew up with 0 attention and lots of negative experiences during school felt like godhood being high-ranked in games like these, also being good on grinding ROBLOX games and then help newbies

I forgot how strict they made these things.
I wish they did more things like these, but for some reason in every group I was in they made the intelligence related departments have some complex puzzle you're supposed to solve
But more so I would play SCP games, which were basically just Roblox clans decorated under roleplay (only really combatives mattered and combatives would end up getting the other non-combative position anyways)
There were three intelligence groups, ISD, IA, and [UNKNOWN]
ISD (internal security department) simply enforced the rules there were and punished people, IA (intelligence angecy) would investiage alts and whatelse, and [UNKNOWN], it was truly unkown what they did, people said they were like AI and ISD, checking for alts among the higher ranks, investigating the highest ranks, all those things
But before the groups downfall, it was revealed what they did
Turns out they doxxed people from other SCP groups, and that was how you got in unknown
It was crazy
