The guys in the video talked about how the business model is relatively simple - you have pretty women dancing in the club which makes men come in. They buy expensive drinks and tables to impress women and everyone gets profit. Apparently the "planted" women are paid in free admission tickets and drinks. YOU are the advertisement. YOUR presence determines how much money the club will make. You might think you're just having fun with your friends but unknowingly you become a part of a store display.
