Literally just making shit up to dunk on men indeed. Thankfully, even the guys on that sub are pointing out that that is bullshit, and 30+ guys have no problem befriending younger guys.

Which is true. In case that this isn't just intrasexual competition with this chick trying to mateguard older men and prevent them from going for younger women, as almost all of this stuff is, and she actually believes it, then she either has no real life experience, or she is just that desperate to shit on men. Age barely registers in workplaces, or even latter half of university. For the last two years, I've had my uni classes with people ranging in age from 20 to 30, and nobody gave a shit, there wasn't any "hierarchy" formed over that, and when people wanted to hang out they just left a message in our groupchat and whoever wanted to came, without any regard to age. Admittedly, the place I'm currently part-timing at is almost entirely female, so I can't say for sure it's the same at male-dominated workplaces, but the people there range in age from 30 to at least 60 if not more, and none of that prevents them from interacting normally (which they do a lot of, foids truly are much more talkative than men) and going drinking after work together (which I'm of course not a part of, for obvious reasons.)
