To be fair, thinking you are ugly and it's hopeless IS bad for you.

"When human or other animals come to understand (or believe) that they have no control over what happens to them, they begin to think, feel, and act as if they are helpless. This phenomenon is called learned helplessness because it is not an innate trait; no one is born believing that they have absolutely no control over what happens to them and that it is fruitless to even try to gain control. It is a learned behavior, conditioned through experiences in which the subject either truly has no control over his circumstances or believes that he has no control over his circumstances.

Seligman and colleagues proposed that subjecting participants to situations in which they have no control results in three deficits: motivational, cognitive, and emotional (Abramson, Seligman, & Teasdale, 1978). The cognitive deficit refers to the subject’s idea that his circumstances are uncontrollable. The motivational deficit refers to the subject’s lack of response to potential methods of escaping a negative situation. Finally, the emotional deficit refers to the depressed state that comes about when the subject is in a negative situation that he feels is not under his control.

"even when presented with a potential option to avoid pain, they do not attempt to take it."

Sure, all it takes is a few roasties to cause learned helplessness and create an incel, but it does not mean that the incel is helpless against all roasties.
Just something to think about.

Whenever somebody mentions male beauty standards the bluepilled copers come out in droves to tell us that money is more important for men.

Even if that was true it wouldn't mean that foids want a guy with middle class money. They want billionaires.

It's actually a decent video with a female who is honest about how looks have made her life tutorial mode.

I wish incels wouldn't shit on females in the extremely rare cases when they're honest.

This is pretty legit, this is essentially what incel forums are at their core, extremely unhealthy because you're exposed to nothing but hopelessness and angry negative, blackpilled people. When I go outside and see women I literally see them as unattainable superhumans with all the power in the world, this is a symptom of learned helplessness. I feel like sex is this activity that only like the blessed 1% of the world can attain. I go outside and feel alone, feel like making friends and getting a gf is impossible since the society is actively against you and sees you as nothing and nobody.

It's very hard to leave this state when women have shown you little or no interest and you're in your 20s or even 30s.

Tbh, i was looking more into the law of attraction and yes, according to it and if we want to change our genes, we need to perceive ourselves as the way we want to look, and act that way until the change finally occurs, we need to visualize that face we want and synchronize ourselves to it. I'm going to start doing that. Thinking that you are ugly is detrimental to yourself and if you percieve yourself as such you will be such, according to the law of attraction.

I'm going to start doing that.
Godspeed. A lot of people forget that looksmaxxing also includes taking a microdose of the blue pill and feeling/thinking positive as much as possible.
Just rememeber that doesnt mean you should be unrealistic. Don't expect to be low inhib after two days if you can barelt go outside. It takes time and it's a nuanced change.

Just start with the simple stuff; get a haircut, cut your nails, groom yourself overall, clean your room.
While "just get a shower and a haircut bro" can't turn you into some kind of gigachad, it can make you feel better, which is what is important.
