If by some miracle I got in a relationship, had kids with a woman, and she asked this of me my condition would be they have to get it first. Don't demand something invasive (no I won't let them fucking down play it fuck them it is invasive) and not be willing to do it themselves. I think "my body, my choice" is for issues affecting women, like the contraceptive pill or abortion or being a whore.

"My body, my choice" doesn't count in matters like this that are about a man's body.
