Rick solos
Stewie wipes the verse. Stewey was responsible for reality itself since he did the big bang.
I dislike Stewie, Brian, Cleveland and most Family Guy characters. American Dad has much better thought-out character designs.
Also, Rick would defeat Stewie
Stewie has some impressive feats and he built the time machine, but he isn't really combat-focused. Rick is mostly a cyborg, he is full of technology, he has multi-dimensional backups in case he dies, he is essentially immortal.
The only way Stewie wins is if he somehow disables all Rick's tech.
Maybe with prep time, Stewie has a low chance. But in a regular random 1v1, Rick destroys him.
