Just a lot of misery and negativity
In the middle class, upper middle class, and upper class areas it's extreme selfishness. People are more independent and less concerned about other's well being when they're wealthy and comfortable. In the ghetto, you can literally feel the misery in the air.
Poor working class people are rougher in attitude. Dealing with rude people regularly as working class and having little money makes you rough over time. And very negative.
The most miserable and worst of them are evil. Prisons are filled with these types. The most miserable specimens of the working class areas aka ghettos and the really evil/psychotic white collar criminals
