Where did the rhetoric of the Corona Virus being a "war" to "fight" come from?
The earliest, salient mention of a "war" pandemic response comes from Event 201, a corona virus response simulation that was played out in October of 2019.
One of the panelists, wearing a military uniform, spoke of the need for "a centralized command and control," and another, Stephen Redd, furthered this point and said: "governments need to be willing to do things that are out of their historical perspective... for the most part, it's really a war-footing that we need to be on."
This premise was first introduced into the media during the current pandemic by the CEO of Bank of America on the morning of March 15, 2020.
Then Biden picked it up in his debate with Sanders that very evening. It is not irrelevant in this regard that Joe Biden has deep financial connections with Bank of America and is considering Anne Finucane, the vice chairman of Bank of America, to be his treasury secretary.
And ultimately Trump adopted the "war" rhetoric himself on March 18, 2020, after first vaguely speaking of "fighting an invisible enemy" on March 17, 2020.
What's significant about this evolutionary tree is the fact that Biden and Trump are connected at the hips, and both have establishment, status-quo priorities strictly in mind when it comes to the Corona Virus response.
So Trump's recent reversal regarding the Corona Virus response should come of no surprise.
It is an extension of a what was said by a Jewish Fox News host, Steve Hilton, on March 22, 2020:
Notice the use of "working Americans" as a euphemism for plutocratic bankers and bloodsuckers. It is much more open to interpretation than the phrase "working class Americans," I suppose.
A few hours after the Jew made these statements, Trump made his garbled, allcaps tweet: "WE CANNOT LET THE CURE BE WORSE THAN THE PROBLEM ITSELF." He meant "disease" rather "problem" in repetition of the Jew, but perhaps it's 3D chess and he paraphrased it in order to hide his plagiarism.

"Our ruling class and their TV mouthpieces — whipping up fear over this virus," Fox host Steve Hilton said Sunday. "They can afford an indefinite shutdown. Working Americans can't, they'll be crushed by it."
“You know that famous phrase, the cure is worse than the disease? That is exactly the territory we’re hurtling towards,” Hilton told his viewers
