It's pretty obvious that he's playing a character, at least to some extent. He seems like one of those youtubers that's genuinely a little awkward/autistic but plays it up for the audience. An autist that roleplays within his own autism.

It's impossible that he is an act and that paranoid at the same time.

Anyone who was really into youtube back in the mid to late 2000s remembers Daxflame. He was putting on an act for a long time and everyone bought it because he kept up the act on all fronts. He even went to youtube events and other famous youtubers who met him said they thought he was for real.

Looking at his channel, he averages 2 videos per week with each of them being 15 minutes long on average. It's not hard to turn on a camera and talk like that for 15 minutes, a couple times a week. That's not "all day".
