I really enjoyed the original Silent Hill movie and this is by the same director.

It's based on Silent Hill 2 this time. That opening wow! Looks really good tbh. ^_^

I never saw the second one. I guess with this one I heard it was by the same director and was based on Silent Hill 2 and I was basically sold already at that point lol

The reviews could say 1/10 and I think I'd still want to watch it XD

Lots of things I like have bad reviews so maybe this will just be another one!

It's probably good to at least watch the first movie before this one. Plus it has significantly better reviews!

I'm not really sure how closely the films match the plot of the games.

But as long as you keep that nuance in mind I think it's fine and yeah I am keen to see what the plot of the SH2 movie is. Apparently it's not entirely the same as the game.
