Requisites of a real chad

What are the physical features which distinguish a chad from the rest of male population, facial and bodily? Are there also mental requisites?

Usually if you're 5'4 and bald you can be considered chad most of the time, then there's ultra chads who are 5'5 NW3 and then tera chads 5'6 NW1 but those are rare ones
