You're misunderstanding, i'm not saying it's a major occurrence, i'm just saying it's a much more major occurrence where I live, than anywhere else I have been, and I have been to many states. The fact I have seen more sub 6 ethnics (mostly blacks) where I live, but I rarely saw it when I was in any other area in the US.
