it was more like a scheme by the owner to secure a new vustomer (although the entire shop was probably a front for his true businesses but who knows. i ronically i passed a few months after the same alley, and the shop was permanently closed). but to answer your question it was mostly chode-baiting. thats why he had them take turns on my head even with my medium length hair (at least i wasnt a baldcel then, lol).
