This was the gen before mine, but I watched Cartoon Network at 1-2 years old and learned english that way. I remember watching johnny bravo, dexter, ed edd & eddy, kids next door and the powerpuff girls, all with my dad. Out of these ed edd n eddy was my favorite even if I didn't understand much, powerpuff girls were 2nd (faggot trait?).
Courage reruns would air when I was a bit older. They would start right at my bed time and I liked to fall asleep with my tv on. I could either fall asleep to courage or death note airing on a serbian kids channel and they both terrified me. I remember I couldn't sleep the whole night one time because the moon face scared me.

Out of the cartoons that came in the generation after, my favorite was regular show. Also a bit later my cable got nickelodeon so I finally watched fairly odd parents and it was good, might've been my favorite if I had watched it earlier.
