Where is it from
This is Booji Boy, the mascot of the band, Devo. Booji Boy is probably another great example of being an incel as he is supposedly an example of genetic surgery gone wrong as he is a "devolved" human in the "lore" of Devo.
Devo made a series of shorts featuring Booji Boy in their early days as Booji Boy is supposed to be a bumbling idiot. This video is supposed to be the aftermath after Booji Boy got his head crushed by a hydraulic press.
In any case, Mark Mothersbaugh turned the mask that he wears to play Booji Boy inside-out to simulate Booji Boy's "scarred" face after getting his bandages off to sing "Tunnel of Life" for one of their concerts.
In their early days, Devo was quite dark and satirical.
