Hes angry, hateful bastard who hates children and education.

The villains wiki describes I M Meen's personality as "an arrogant, insufferable braggart" and " sadistic, self-absorbed and (as his name suggests) mean. He is constantly taunting the player characters throughout the game and enjoys seeing them suffer".

He also indirectly kills children by trapping them in a book full of dangers.

Sounds pretty based ngl.
