Getting ignored or mocked sends me to an almost delusional state of irrational fear and hatred.

Definitely. It’s not fear though it’s hatred. I immediately start picking them apart in my head, loosening the hold on my disdain for humanity. Some guy made fun of my hat and I instantly started thinking of how ugly he and his gf are

There’s no point in being Afraid or mad at myself. I’ve done nothing wrong. I genuinely feel like and know I’m better than these people which is why i get so mad
