Crucially, I also have the alcoholic coping too. I was in ICU last year because of it. Currently I'm just using ciders to help with sleep. It's the liquor that really fucks you up fast, though I know my style isn't ideal either.
I'm done trying to drink myself to death though, but I can't see abstinence being realistic for me either tbh.
