I used to have a very shit and high pitched voice before puberty and nobody took me seriously. Luckily, it got deeper and less crackly and bad sounding after puberty and is fairly low now.

I get it man. Back before puberty, I couldn’t do anything to change my voice tone either. I just got a stroke of good luck that my voice got deeper. Still, it’s not a smooth Chad voice and is a little rough and might have a slight lisp sometimes. But it is deep and that’s good.

Rehab Room would be way more popular if he had a good voice. DBDR, despite being a voice mogger, was a useless YouTuber imo. Did nothing but ramble on incoherently. Rehab actually makes valid and logical points, although I definitely disagree with him sometimes.

People judge you online too for your traits. What’s nice about this forum is that your looks and voice aren’t even a factor in how you get treated

It does get frustrating sometimes, but you gotta remember that English isn’t their main language. Probably feels as weird and awkward for them as when I was forced to take French class in 8th to 10th grade in school.

But, there is no excuse for companies having their tech support work outsourced to India itself. I often times have to speak to people from India for tech support, and it’s despicable companies from my country outsourced work there. Hate when jobs go overseas like that. Should be supporting our own people with those jobs, not people on the other side of the world.

I assume you’re white just like I am, and you also had white, English speaking parents like I did growing up. I think Rebab’s parents moved to an English speaking country from a non English speaking country, so he probably picked up their accent from being around them growing up, and changing it would be difficult.

Ok, I see. I’m used to all kinds of dialect here. And many accents. You should hear the southern accents from Texas and stuff. These people have such a “drawl” to their speech, that it’s kinda cool, but also super weird at the same time. And then I encounter the Asians who speak in super short sentences and talk way too fast.

So I’m kinda used to many variations, and that’s why it doesn’t bother me probably. Makes sense why it’s hard for you if English is your second language tho. I guess for you, hearing English in a weird accent is like me hearing French in weird accent and trying to interpret it.
