I dunno though. Yes inheritance can be taxed BUT example i can sell my land to my son for 1 Pound Sterling. Simple , easy, straight forward. Example 2 sell the land to my son BUT in the contract it says I use the land till death for 1000 Pounds Sterling rent every year.


Nobody will take countryside land from the owners. Those owners are connected to the upperclass.
